At Busta Grimes, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@bustagrimes.pro with your order number
  2. We will provide return shipping instructions
  3. Ship the item(s) back in their original packaging

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products for a different item. Contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Products not in their original packaging
